Monday my knee was really bothering me so I only rode about 1 hr 1/2.
Tuesday I biked up to the top of the hill/ridge/mtn our condo was on and rode around up there.
Wednesday we biked 15 miles to Roan Mtn (in Tennessee), climbed 10 miles to the top of Roan Mtn, then back down and home. I don't know the total elevation but one of the signs said 5542 ft, but at that landing we climbed another 1.9 miles to the very summit. It was a tough day nonetheless but felt so awesome once you were at the top!

YEA!
Thursday rode to Hickory Nut and climbed that and then climbed Beech Mountain. Hickory Nut is about a 3-4 mile climb up with about 2000 ft of elevation (don't know the exact elevation?). Beech Mountain was about a 3-4 mile climb too but a lot steeper. Elevation says 5500, but don't know how much of that I actually climbed.

Friday morn we all just rode easy and packed up and got in the vans to head to NJ where we stayed for the weekends races at Columbia and Princeton!
